  • Red Noses. When Stanisław Barańczak translated Peter Barnes’ text in 1993, everything at Teatr Nowy screamed a cult show. Indeed, Red Noses directed by Eugeniusz Korin was a great success. Did people expect back then that the theatrical reality of the mid-1990s foreshadowed the events of 2020? Red Noses are back on the bill. Set in new circumstances, the play, directed by Jan Klata, is the voice of artists in the time of the pandemic.
